Not sure if you need veneers or a different treatment like bonding?
When it comes to veneers, one size (or shade!) definitely doesn’t fit all.
Smiling isn’t just about your teeth - it’s a full facial expression. We take that into account, using several factors to choose the size, shape, and shade of your veneers so they look good without seeming artificial.
Face Shape Compatibility
Skin Tone Contrast
Age and Physical Build Factors
Veneers should boost your confidence — but it’s hard for them to do that if you feel like they stick out or don’t feel right.
Our veneers are carefully shade-matched and refined so they become a seamless part of your smile, both in terms of how they look and feel.
High-Accuracy Initial Digital Milling

Preserving your enamel is a priority for Dr. Salimipour. It’s why he’s expanded his skills to offer low or no-prep options at Pinewood Dental.
Even in cases where enamel shaving isn’t avoidable, he always aims to remove as little material as possible - just fractions of a millimeter - while still achieving a strong and secure fit.
While dental veneers aren’t eligible for benefits or insurance coverage, low-interest payment plans can be a great way to make them more affordable.

That covers shade matching and precision milling of a personalized veneer, plus placement, hand-finishing, and any fit or comfort adjustments that you need.
Treatments vary from person to person, but - in general - getting veneers takes about three visits spread over three weeks. You’ll spend about 3-4 hours of time in the chair receiving treatment and fit/finish refinements.
This is one of those cases where, even though you can technically do something, it isn’t necessarily a good idea. As materials, porcelain and composite can look different depending on the lighting. So, while they may look the same in the clinic, the use of different materials might be more noticeable under other lighting conditions.
If enamel needs to be removed for your veneers to be attached, we aim to remove about 0.2mm, and generally no more than 0.5mm. In some cases, we might suggest a different type of veneer if we feel that it’s better for enamel preservation and your long-term oral health.
Sometimes a person will need another treatment - for example, to improve the health of their gums - before they can receive veneers. These kinds of “prerequisite” treatments can affect the overall cost of getting veneers.
